Kleen+Press have been operating since 1995 around Kerikeri and in the wider Bay of Islands area. We have a well-established client base comprising of private individuals, hotels & motels, retailers and supermarkets, bars and cafés, various garages and engineering businesses, a high profile golf course and a hospital for the elderly.
At Kleen+Press we pride ourselves in offering a reliable, efficient and superior service. Being relatively small means you can always talk to the person in charge or to the person actually looking after your laundry.
We also pride ourselves in looking after the environment which we believe is very important in this day and age. We only use eco-friendly, 100% biodegradable laundry and dry-cleaning detergents which are not just good for the environment, but good for the well-being of our customers and staff as well. Throughout the business we subscribe to a green philosophy, using biodegradable packaging, and by encouraging our customers to recycle garment hangers by donating $0.10 per hanger to the Puketi Forest Trust to purchase rat traps. Annually we also sponsor 2 hectares of Puketi Forest.
Eco-friendly doesn’t mean we compromise on quality. All our laundry is processed to NZS8134.1.4:2008 standards and we are audited once a year to make sure we meet Health & Disability Core Standard 4.6 requirements. Our equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated so we can always guarantee your laundry is cleaned and dried at the right temperature.
