AGM 2022

We thought we would do something different this year and keeping in mind that it should be within a reasonable budget for all of us after the squeeze on funds from the aftermath of Covid-19.
So bring along the family and they can have a look around the zoo while we get the formalities sorted before we sit down for a nice cold drink, a yarn with other members and BBQ lunch. 

Members are asked to buy their own tickets at the zoo but they can come and go from the Elephant House throughout the day.

The AGM starts at 11am and closes at 12pm
Lunch and drinks will be put on from 12.30-3.30pm. 

Then for those who are keen or from out of town, we have booked at the Wildfire Restaurant for dinner from 6pm

Please register using the enquiry link on this page and ensure you include the following in your comments.

• The number of people in your party, including children.
• If you are travelling from out of town and need transportation to the Zoo.
• We will have a minivan booked if there is enough people. Otherwise car pooling will be organised.
• How many reservations you need for dinner at Wildfire Restaurant at 6pm

Please register early if possible as it helps us to estimate catering and avoiding unnecessary costs.
